Returns

1. Return Eligibility

   • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
   • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return. 

2. Return Timeframe

   • You may return your item anytime after delivery, provided you have a valid reason and the product is in its original condition.

3. Return Process

 Refunds

1. Refund Conditions

   • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

2. Partial Refunds

   • Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:
     • The item is not in its original condition or is damaged.
     • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Items

   • Gift cards are non-refundable.

 Exchanges

1. Exchange Eligibility
   • We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Additionally, you can exchange an item for another product if it is unused and in its original condition.

 Shipping

1. Return Shipping

   • On valid returns, Ilhan Organic Skincare will bear the shipping costs. These costs will not be deducted from your refund.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
